Good Morning All,

Patrols will be carried out across the ward today to provide reassurance and maintain a visible presence.

On 05 May 2026, the Beam Park Officers conducted a vehicle stop, which resulted in a driver being identified with no insurance. The vehicle was subsequently seized.

Proactive vehicle stops such as these are an important policing tool. They help to:

Identify uninsured and unlicensed drivers

Prevent wider criminal activity, including the use of vehicles in crime

Improve road safety for all members of the community

Provide opportunities to engage with members of the public and gather intelligence

These actions play a key role in keeping our communities safe.
