🚓Policing in the heart of your neighbourhood - 👮‍♂️Community Engagement – Sinclair Road

Last week, officers from the Hartlepool Neighbourhood Policing Team helped make the day of two local children on Sinclair Road.

PCSOs Devonport, Miller and PC Sulga, parked up the police van and gave local lads Noah and Isaac a mini police experience, including a tour of the Matrix Carrier, explanations of the different equipment used by officers, and the chance to try on some police uniform.

Their mum later passed on her thanks to PCSO Devonport, saying how much the visit meant to the boys and how they were still talking excitedly about their experience days later.

PCSO Devonport said: "Community engagement like this is something the Hartlepool NPT is always happy to support. With the school summer holidays approaching and many venues and organisations planning fun days and summer fairs, officers will always try to get involved where possible and help inspire the police officers of tomorrow.
