CRIME update for April 2026

Dear Resident

Here is an update regarding Burglaries, Vehicle Crime and Criminal damage which occurred in the Radford West Police beat area during the month of April.

Burglaries residential = 1

18/04 Wilton Road – HMO property, bedroom door left insecure, number of personal items missing.

Criminal damage = 4

07/04 Alfreton Road – Male suspect vandalising shop shutters with graffiti.  

18/04 Holden Street – Yellow vertical barrier to driveway damaged.

Between 26/04 and 27/04 Thackeray Street – Car windscreen smashed.

28/04 Wallen Street – Male suspect thrown large rock through window and damaged vehicle wing mirror.

Theft of motor vehicle = 0

Theft from vehicle = 1

09/04 Arundel Street – rear offside window smashed, jewellery, handbags, make up and a bank card stolen from within

PLEASE ENSURE YOU LOCK ALL YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS, ENSURE YOU REMOVE ALL VALUABLE ITEMS FROM VISIBLE VIEW
