Morning Residents,
South Wales Police is continuing to take action in response to ongoing concerns raised within the community regarding the use of e-bikes and e-scooters, particularly where they are being ridden illegally or in an anti-social manner.
I would like to encourage residents to report ongoing issues and to provide information and evidence where there are persistent offenders. Repeated reports help us identify patterns of behaviour, target the individuals involved and take appropriate enforcement action.
Please report each incident via 101 or online, providing as much detail as possible, such as dates, times, locations and descriptions of those involved. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, evidence such as CCTV, doorbell footage, photographs or videos would need to be provided. This will be extremely helpful in supporting the action taken.
Your reports and information play an important role in helping us address repeated misuse and keep our community safe.
