New PCSO for Shirebrook |
||
|
Dear Resident,
I hope this message finds you well.
My name is Simon Galley, and I am pleased to introduce myself as the new Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) for Shirebrook and Langwith.
I bring with me over 18 years of experience working within the police service, during which time I have gained a strong understanding of policing, community engagement, and the importance of building trust with the public. I am proud to continue serving the community in this role and to support the residents of Shirebrook.
As your PCSO, my priority is to work collaboratively with residents, local businesses, and partner agencies to help keep Shirebrook a safe and welcoming place to live, work, and visit. I am committed to being a visible and approachable presence in the community, and I will be out on patrol regularly, engaging with people, addressing concerns, and tackling issues that matter most to you. I understand how important it is for residents to feel heard and supported. Whether your concerns relate to anti-social behaviour, community safety, or general policing matters, I encourage you to speak with me when you see me on patrol or reach out through local policing channels.
Building strong relationships is key to effective community policing, and I am keen to get to know the people of Shirebrook. By working together and sharing information, we can identify issues early and find practical solutions that benefit everyone.
Your feedback and cooperation are invaluable, and I look forward to getting to know the community and working closely with you all.
Thank you for your time.
Yours sincerely,
PCSO 4554 Simon Galley | ||
