#SEIZED | The Bolton Town Centre Neighbourhood Team have conducted a traffic operation today in the centre of #Bolton.
In just over two hours, the officers: stopped 40 vehicles stopped
issued 8 traffic offence reports for offences including using mobile phones, not wearing seatbelts, and having a non-conforming registration plate
seized 1 vehicle for having no insurance and being driven by an unaccompanied provisional license holder - the driver will now be summonsed to court
The vast majority of road users were driving safely and legally. We are dedicated to making our roads safer, and have conducted this operation in response to concerns raised within Bolton Town Centre by local residents and businesses.
