I wanted to provide an update regarding drug dealing / drug use, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey. Help Keep Our Community Safe There have been reports of drug dealing and drug use in the area. This behaviour is illegal, harmful, and not welcome in our community.
β What Has Been Seen: π΄ People dealing or exchanging drugs π΄ Groups gathering and acting suspiciously π΄ Drug use in public or shared areas π΄ Increased litter such as small bags, foil or needles π΄ Strangers coming and going at all hours
β οΈ WHY THIS IS SERIOUS Drug-related activity can lead to: β Crime and anti-social behaviour β Danger to children and families β Unsafe and unpleasant living conditions β Fear and worry for residents
