Local Patrols in PUCKERIDGE |
||
|
Dear Resident,
Community Engagement Update – Puckeridge In response to a recent increase in vehicle crime in Puckeridge, officers from your local East Herts Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team were patrolling the Cambridge Road area today (Saturday 16th May 2026) between 2:30pm and 4:00pm. Unfortunately, officers were called away to a nearby road traffic collision and were unable to return to continue the event. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Officers will return to the Cambridge Road area on Tuesday 26th May 2026 between 5:30pm and 7:00pm, where we hope to engage with residents.
Police presence in areas affected by increased criminality provides an opportunity for local Neighbourhood Policing Teams to speak directly with communities, discuss any concerns, and offer practical crime prevention advice. Officers will also be available to assist residents in signing up to Herts Connected, Hertfordshire Constabulary’s free messaging service, which provides updates and information about policing activity in your area.
Please tell us about any concerns you may have, and if you don't see us while we're in your area, please complete this short survey to let us know what you think we should be the priorities in your area.
Please visit the Hertfordshire Constabulary website at Home | Hertfordshire Constabulary to report non-emergencies and for help and information.
