FREE Self Defence classes for women and girls aged 12+ living in and around Kingsbrook, Aylesbury: 

Saturday 27 June, 2-4pm

Kingsbrook Community Hub, Broughton

The classes, delivered by Bucks Pro-Mai, have been designed to empower women with the understanding of how to pre-empt any potential situations through pre-defence and to learn the skills of how to defend themselves if a situation does arise.

Please note that 12- 15-year-olds must attend with a participating female parent/carer on the day.
