Rushwick Pre-School Visit this morning by Kempsey & Alfrick Safer Neighbourhood Team

This morning, PC Stanley and PCSO Emeny from the Kempsey & Alfrick Safer Neighbourhood Team had the pleasure of spending time with the wonderful children and staff at Pre‑School. Visits like these are an important part of the work we do, helping us build positive relationships with young people and giving them the chance to learn more about how we support the community.

The children were full of enthusiasm and curiosity, asking thoughtful questions about our roles, the equipment we use, and how we help keep people safe. It’s always inspiring to see how engaged and confident young people are when given the opportunity to explore the world around them.

We’re incredibly grateful to the staff for welcoming us so warmly and for the brilliant work they do every day. Community safety is a shared effort, and spending time with local children helps us strengthen those early connections that grow into trust and understanding as they get older.

We look forward to returning in the future and continuing to work closely with our local schools, families, and community groups. Thank you again for having us — it was a fantastic morning.
