Here’s your weekly update from myself and the rest of the team.

What’s Been Happening

. Burglaries

You can mark all property with a UV marker making it easier for lost or stolen property to be returned should the worst happen. It is also a good idea to keep a record of where you marked the property and note down any serial numbers. You can register valuables at www.immobilise.com

. In other News

Patrols by your local team have been continuing with a good result. 

Two arrests have been made by team in the past week.

The first one involved a male that breached his Community Protection Warning. This was issued because of his anti-social behaviour, but he didn’t listen ☹

While officers were on patrol, a male knocked on the car door and asked why they had beeped their horn at him. When the officer got out of the car to speak to him, the male decided to punch him and then run off. After a foot chase he was caught by officers in the city centre and arrested. 

If you have a question, let the officer answer. Don’t resort to physical violence because it will not end well.

Two cars have also been seized for not having tax. As we always say, tax it or lose it!!

After the disorder in Tile Hill last week, we have also been conducting reassurance patrols in the area. Hopefully preventing a repeat of the same. 

Patrols in other areas have been continuing including areas that have been brought to our attention as being hotspot areas for anti-social behaviour.
