ANPR Operation NEW CROSS ROAD

Good evening New Cross,

After community concerns were raised to use today we had an ANPR Operation on New Cross road, which lasted from around 11am to 6pm. ANPR cameras were used to check vehicles linked to crime. The operation was a success with multiple vehicles seized for no insurance (including E bikes and scooters), driving without a license and we have also seized a number of weapons along with arrests made for supplying drugs. Great results for the day hopefully another to follow soon.
