We would like to make you aware that Operation Sceptre is taking place this week, from Monday 18 May to Sunday 24 May 2026, focusing on tackling knife crime and helping to keep our communities safe.

As part of this operation, we are holding a number of knife amnesty events, providing a safe and anonymous way to dispose of knives responsibly. By taking part, you can make a real difference in reducing harm and protecting our streets.

We encourage anyone who may have a knife to make use of these facilities — no questions will be asked.
