Parking Enforcement Update – All Saints Primary School
Today we carried out joint parking enforcement with the NWL Enforcement Team at All Saints Primary School. Unfortunately, a number of tickets were issued for parking on dropped kerbs and double yellow lines.
We understand that school drop-off and pick-up times can be busy and sometimes stressful, and we appreciate that this can lead to frustration. However, these restrictions are there to keep everyone safe — especially children. Parking in these areas can block visibility, restrict access, and create dangerous situations.
While carrying out our duties today, some officers were subjected to verbal abuse, including being called “stupid” when issuing tickets. We understand emotions can run high, but this behaviour is not acceptable. Our officers are there to enforce the law and help keep your community safe.
We also listened to concerns from local residents, who shared ongoing issues with vehicles blocking access to their driveways. These are valid concerns, and we are committed to supporting both the school community and residents. We will continue to carry out enforcement in the area to help improve safety and accessibility for everyone.
