Man charged with fraud, Lincoln |
||
|
James Bowskill, aged 29, has been charged with eleven offences of fraud by false representation. It’s alleged that Bowskill approaches people in Lincoln city centre, often young women on their own, and claims that he has lost his bank card but needs to get to Sheffield to see his child. It’s reported that Bowskill promises to transfer money back, often a larger amount, and that this money is not received. Bowskill, of Belmont Street, Lincoln, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for a first hearing today (22 May) where he was remanded into custody. | ||
