MANOR HOUSE HOTEL

Police were called today to the MANOR HOUSE HOTEL at 23 NEVERN PLACE LONDON SW5. This is a derelict building which has been used by various people as a squat. Unfortunately no officers from the local Neighbourhood Policing Team apart from Police Sergeant Peter Leach whom attended with two other from the local response team. Police removed persons from the property which was secured by IWAAN Property Management Ltd whom manage the property on behalf of the owner. There will now be 24/7 security at the property provided by the management company also other deterrents have been put in place. The Neighbourhood Team will continue to monitor and progress the situation with the local authority & Management company to a satisfactory outcome. 

It has been clear especially over the last four weeks of incidents escalating in and around the property that have caused concern & anxiety for the local community. We are hopeful that these latest developments will have a positive affect in reducing ASB within the area.
