Deepdale PSPO (Public Space Protection Order)

Preston City Council are currently carrying out a public consultation for the introduction of a Public Space Protection Order in the area defined on the map below.

A Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) gives the Council powers to take action to reduce anti-social behaviour in a defined public space.

This is your chance to have a say! If you feel there is an area not included on this map that experiences high levels of anti-social behaviour, or other restrictions you feel are necessary to keep public spaces an area for people to enjoy, reply to the consultation before 22nd June 2026.
