Robbery - Electric Bike Stolen

Good morning from your local Coldhurst & Westwood Neighbourhood Policing Team

I Just want to wish all the Muslim Community a happy Eid and hope the celebrations go well.

This week one crime that stood out was where a young boy was made to hand over his Fafrees 26" electric bike in black to an older male, this was classed as Robbery due to the fact the young 13 yr old felt threatened and intimidated by the older male.

The Offending male is said to be an Asian male approx. 16/17yrs, wearing black tracky bottoms and grey T-shirt possibly Nike, dark coloured trainers and short slightly curly hair.

The location of the Incident was around Waddington Street between 6:20pm and 6:50pm close to Osborne Mill, so if anyone has seen anything suspicious or know someone who witnessed the Incident, please contact us on one of the numbers below.
