Park Safely

Out in Wardleworth today, including Halifax Road and Belfield, following up on concerns around anti social behaviour and nuisance vehicles. 

We will be keeping a visible presence in key areas and listening to what residents are telling us.

We’ve also had reports of vehicles stopping on Yorkshire Street, particularly outside takeaways, while picking up deliveries. This is causing obstruction and can put other road users and pedestrians at risk. 

Drivers are reminded to park safely and parking on zig-zags, or causing an obstruction can result in fines or further enforcement action.

Lets all make Wardleworth a safe place for everyone.
