We’re investigating after a 15-year-old boy was left with potentially life changing injuries after being stabbed in Birmingham.

The teenager was taken to hospital following the attack shortly before 8.20pm on Sunday at Appledorne Gardens, Shard End.

He remains in hospital but is in stable condition.

The boy was in a vehicle when he was attacked by a group.  We believe the incident was targeted and no wider threat to the community.
