Hello Resident,
Officers have attended and engaged with residents of Winehala Court concerns raised regarding obstruction on pavement Officers attended the Salvation Army Coffee morning. We have attended a Police surgery at the Willenhall Library with the local council for Willenhall South. Issues of Off-Road Bikes and Drug dealing have been raised. Officers have continued to patrol the town centre; officers have managed to seize a stolen moped that was used to cause ASB and was driving dangerously. Officers and members from the community protection team have been patrolling the Willenhall Memorial Park. After the Assault on the 24th of May. Officers have been at the location between 14:30-20:30 every day, We have not encountered any issues. Patrols of McDonalds after issues of Anti-social behaviour has been raised, officers have not encountered any persons causing ASB. Officers visited the CHART centre to talk to members of the bereavement group. We have continued to patrol western avenue, ASB 3 warning letters have been issued to youths have been issued and the other letters will be issued soon.
Arrests 1 male has been arrested for 5 thefts. 1 male arrested for 6 counts of theft. 1 male arrested for failure to appear to court. 1 male arrested for Robbery All the offenders that committed an assault in the Willenhall Memorial Park have now been arrested.
Upcoming events/surgeries Officers will be visiting the Carnaval which is being held in the Willenhall Memorial Park on the 6th between 11:00-17:00. Police surgery at the Gurdwara 12:00-13:00 on 09/06. Police surgery with WHG at the Hive, The Square, Willenhall WV12 5EA between 12:30-13:30 on 08/06. Officers will attend if you wish to come and speak to us regarding any issues in your local area.
