CRIME update for May 2026

Dear Resident

Here is an update regarding Burglaries, Vehicle Crime and Criminal damage which occurred in the Leen Police beat area during the month of May. 

Burglary residential = 0

Criminal damage = 1

Between 26/04 and 03/05 Forster Street – Window damage to a property.

Theft of motor vehicle = 2

Between 05/05 and 08/05 Forster Street – Vehicle reported stolen.

19/05 Radford Boulevard – Vehicle reported stolen by deception.

Theft from vehicle = 7

06/05 Norton Street – car broken into and items stolen from within.

11/05 Forster Street – portable speaker and drill box stolen from vehicle.

16/05 Radford Boulevard – vehicle broken into whilst parked on the corner of Glentworth Road.

18/05 Croydon Road – car broken into and items stolen from within.

13/05 Radford Boulevard – wallet stolen containing various bank cards and used in local shops 

18/05 Lonsdale Road – wallet stolen from glovebox inside vehicle

Between 19/05 and 20/05 – driven side window smashed, belongings taken from within

PLEASE ENSURE YOU LOCK ALL YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS, ENSURE YOU REMOVE ALL VALUABLE ITEMS FROM VISIBLE VIEW
