Dear Resident,

I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to kindly remind all residents and visitors of the importance of parking safely and responsibly within our community.

Recently, we have observed an increase in vehicles being parked on junctions and pavements. While this may seem convenient at times, it creates several safety concerns, including:

Reduced visibility at junctions, making it difficult for drivers and pedestrians to safely navigate the area.

Obstruction of pavements, which can force pedestrians, including parents with prams, wheelchair users, and visually impaired individuals into the road.

Potential delays for emergency services, who require clear access at all times.

To help keep our neighbourhood safe and accessible for everyone, we kindly ask that all drivers ensure vehicles are parked legally, responsibly, and without causing obstruction. Please avoid parking:

Within 10 metres of a junction

On pavements or dropped kerbs

In a manner that restricts access for pedestrians or other road users
