Keeping the community safe

Hello everyone 👋

We’ve recently seen an increase in burglaries in the Claremont area. I’d like to reassure you that myself and fellow neighbourhood officers are continuing regular patrols and taking appropriate action to address this.

We’re also asking for your support in helping to keep our community safe. A few simple steps can make a big difference:

🔐 Always lock your doors and windows — even when you’re at home
💡 Use timers or lights to give the impression someone is home when you’re out
📦 Keep an eye on deliveries, or ask a neighbour to take parcels in if you're away
🚗 Avoid leaving valuables on display in your home or vehicle
👀 Stay alert and report anything suspicious
