Childrens learning & Safety event called "Crucial Crew"

Good afternoon, from your local Coldhurst & Westwood Neighbourhood Police Team.

For the next couple of weeks Oldham is running a CRUCIAL CREW event at the MAHDLO Centre where Primary schools from all over Oldham will attend. Here’s a brief run down!

“Crucial Crew” is a multi‑agency safety education event, usually aimed at primary school children (often Year 6).

A hands-on learning day where different emergency services and organisations (e.g. police, fire service, ambulance, local council, charities) work together to teach young people about staying safe and making good decisions.

It’s a preventative education programme designed to reduce accidents, crime, and harm by teaching kids how to stay safe in everyday situations. Please see some of the set-up pictures attached and let’s hope the Children all take in some of the key learning points !
