Cycling offences on Putney High Street

Dear residents

A cyclist going through red light had been stopped yesterday in Lacy Road. A ticket for contravening automated traffic signals was issued. No excuse as the cyclist is a Driving Licence holder!

Also on Wednesday PC Damian challenged a rider on illegal uninsured e-scooter. During the stop PC damian sustained several injuries and we all wish him a quick recovery whilst he decided to carry on without taking time off-sick . The rider was arrested.
