Issuing of Section 59 Notices

Officers from Halesowen have issued Section 59 Notices to those who have been reported to have been driving in an unsafe, anti-social manner. If these drivers are seen to be engaging in this behaviour again within the next 12 months, police have powers to seize the car. This is part of our ongoing work to combat any and all forms of Anti-Social behaviour. Please remember to drive safely and with consideration to others.
