|
Have you ever wanted to make a real difference in your local community?
We are looking for people from all backgrounds to consider becoming Community Advisors. This is an opportunity to use your knowledge, experience, and understanding of local communities to help address issues that matter most to residents.
Community Advisors play an important role in providing insight, feedback, and guidance on wide range of community concerns. They help strengthen relationships between local communities and the police, ensuring that different perspectives are heard and considered when decisions are being made.
As a community Advisor, you may be asked to: Share your views on local issues affecting your community. Help improve communication and trust between residents and the police. Provide advice on community concerns, cultural awareness, and engagement. Support initiatives aimed at reducing crime, improving safety, and building stronger communities. Act as a voice for communities that may not always be represented.
You do not need previous experience - just a genuine interest in your community, good communication skills, and a willingness to contribute positively. We welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, cultures, faiths, and experiences, as diverse perspectives help create stronger and more inclusive communities.
This is a rewarding opportunity to influence positive change, build new connections, and help ensure that local concerns are understood and addressed.
If you are passionate about your community and would like to find out more about becoming a Community Advisor, please get in touch. We would be happy to answer any questions and discuss how you can get involved.
Together, we can help create safer, stronger, and more connected communities. | ||
