E Scooters / Bikes Operation

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding E Scooters / Bikes, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

As part of the ''Neighbourhood Policing Week'' Amman-Towy NPPT officers teamed up with Roads Policing officers to conduct an Operation targeting E-Scooters and E-Bikes, across both Ammanford and Llanelli.

During the evening of 15th June a total of five E-Scooters were seized under Sec 165 of the Road Traffic Act, and a male was also arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.
