Good afternoon,
We have recently had a report of a suspicious male attempting to take metal products from a property in your local area. The male was attempting to take a metal dog crate when the owner arrived and intervened. He was asked to leave the property and complied. During the encounter he displayed no aggressive behaviour, however, if you have a similar encounter and you feel distressed or alarmed, we encourage you to report the incident to us via 101 or 999 in emergency.
The male was described as a white male in his 40s with brown hair, a slim build and visibly unkempt.
