Dear Resident, I am a Cheltenham Membership Support Administrator (MSA) alongside Mike Sanford who you have also been in contact with. I have just left you a message to try to resolve the status of your neighbour and fellow NHW member Wendy Mcconnaughie and her Richards Road NW Team . She has not replied to my emails and does not list a Mobile contact. She has originated a Richards Road scheme as Coordinator and is also a member of your Mauds elm Scheme. I have two questions. As you have contacts for her please, can you ask her to contact me by replying to my emails or by ringing me? Then, secondly, is the Richards Road scheme required? You have already established the Mauds elm Scheme which contains several Richards Road residents as your members? There seems to be an overlap here.
