Dear Residents,
Yesterday afternoon, Hillingdon West SNT officers worked in partnership with Hillingdon Council on a proactive Blue Badge operation near John Locke Academy during the busy school pick‑up period. Between 2:15pm and 4:30pm, officers focused on tackling the misuse of Blue Badges, helping to ensure these spaces remain available for those with genuine mobility needs while reducing congestion around the school. Officers were also present engaging with residents and drivers, promoting awareness and helping to ensure everyone’s safety during this busy time. The operation achieved positive results, with 3 Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) issued and 2 Blue Badges seized due to misuse. This joint effort improved safety, fairness, and accessibility in the area, and highlights our ongoing commitment to listening to community concerns and keeping Hillingdon West safe for all.
