Operation by police

Hello residents 

Recently there has been reports to police that fish have been taken from the lake in Alexandra park .

Due to the amount of complaints received over a period of time 

Officers have worked  closely other agencies to put together a operation to attend various waters in Oldham and to check that people fishing are doing so legally..

For people fishing it's important that the rules are taken seriously and that the appropriate licenses are held by anyone fishing
