Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling Between the late evening of Wednesday 10 to 12.45pm on Thursday 11 June in Carlingford Road, Hucknall, a house was entered via an unlocked front door, nothing was stolen or out of place, other than the basement door which had been opened. Burglary Other Between 6.00pm on Saturday 13 and the afternoon of Sunday 14 June in Lancaster Road, Hucknall, a back garden gate was broken to gain access and a shed broken into. Statues and pots were stolen from the garden. Theft of motor vehicle Between 3.00pm and 3.39pm on Thursday 11 June at Tesco Extra, Ashgate Road, Hucknall, a silver Skoda Kamiq Monte Carlo car was stolen from the car park. The car keys and house keys had been left in a shopping trolley. Theft from motor vehicle Nothing to report Theft Around 7.34am on Thursday 11 June at Unit 10, Blenheim Road, Hucknall, two males entered a workplace and stole a blue and black Carrera E-bike which had been left unlocked. Between 3.00pm and 4.00pm on Tuesday 16 June in Albert Close, Hucknall, a black Aovo Sport e-bike with a red label was stolen from outside a front door. Violence against person Around 2.00pm on Monday 15 June at The Sweet Cafe, High Street, Hucknall, a dissatisfied customer has thrown food at the caller and slapped another customer before throwing two chairs at the window. She was described as white, female, approximately 30 years old, 5-08”, large build, wearing a black baseball coat, large black raincoat and riding a large black mobility scooter. She left going towards the market place. At 5.55pm on Monday 15 June in Morvan Avenue, Hucknall, three 12/13 year old white males on push bikes followed the callers wife and son as they walked from school to their home, calling them names and making comments. When they arrived at their home they threatened to jump the gate and beat the son up. One was dressed in a yellow t-shirt, a second in grey and the third in black. Criminal Damage At 2.50pm on Sunday 14 June in Willow Avenue, Hucknall, a male knocked on a door and asked fro alcohol, which was refused. He walked away from the door and threw a brick at the drivers side of a black BMW series 1 car smashing the window. Described as white, male, 6-00”, bald, wearing a blue tracksuit and carrying a cheap Nokia style phone. Between Friday 12 and Sunday 14 June in Goodall Crescent, Hucknall, a report that someone had tried to kick in a front door. Two of the three securing bolts were damaged. Between 2.00am and 6.00am on Tuesday 16 June in Viyella Gardens, Hucknall the windscreen of A burgundy Honda Civic car was cracked. ASB At 7.04pm on Tuesday 16 June in Lovesey Avenue, Hucknall a report of ongoing issues with off road bikes. At 4.30pm today a bike was ridden down the road at speed and the caller had to pull her son to one side to prevent him being hit. This was a black bike, with a rider all in black, wearing a balaclava and gloves. At 6.09pm on Wednesday 17 June in Magee Close, Hucknall a report of seven youths climbing on a roller-coaster.
