Oakengates Armed Forces Day

Officers from the Ketley and Oakengates Safer Neighbourhood Team had the privilege of attending Oakengates Armed Forces Day this afternoon. 

The Sun was shining and it was wonderful to see so many of the community out supporting our Armed Forces. We had plenty of visitors young and old to our police van and we almost had a new recruit in the form of 'Shirley' a lovely dog who joined her family checking out the back of our police van. Unfortunately we didn't get any new recruits today of the furry or human kind!
