Larkswood Safer Neighbour Police Team has seen a recent spate of blue parking badges being stolen from cars. To secure your vehicle and protect your badge please try to the follow the below advice

Park in secure or busy areas, where possible near CCTV or under street lighting.

Invest in a dash Cam to record any activity near your vehicle.

Try not to leave your blue badge on display overnight.

Use a physical deterrent. Consider a specialised locking holder for the badge.

Considering some or all of these measures my discourage theft and the fraudulent use of blue parking badges.
