Your local Neighbourhood Policing Team have been out on proactive patrols and recently engaged with a 14-year-old male who attempted to avoid officers on an e-bike. However, officers were not misled and quickly detained him. Following checks, the bike was found to be capable of reaching speeds of up to 62.2MPH and was subsequently seized under Section 165.
