I called you yesterday, and then sent you an email.

I've copied in the Neighbourhood Watch area coordinator, Angela Balwako, into that email.

I've tried again today to phone you, so that's why I'm sending you this additional email.

We are very aware of Angela's excellent work, and your concerns about the boundaries of your scheme being reduced.

There's a very good reason for this. 

However, if you are absolutely sure that you can manage the original boundaries, and especially if you can encourage some of your neighbours to join you, with the ultimate aim of making your neighbourhood a safer place to live, then by all means I'll extend your scheme.

But I need to speak with you.
