 Reassurance Patrol Update

Today, uniformed foot patrols were carried out in the Hollow Pond including surrounding streets and local facilities such as Leyton Leisure Centre.

Officers engaged with members of the public, local businesses, and park users, providing a visible and approachable presence throughout the area. The patrol covered residential streets, busy high roads, and open green spaces, ensuring a comprehensive community reassurance approach.

No significant issues were identified during the patrol. Members of the public were friendly and appreciative of the increased police presence. Engagement opportunities were used to offer advice, listen to concerns, and maintain strong community relationships.

Foot patrols will continue regularly to deter anti-social behaviour, support local businesses, and ensure that Forest Ward remain safe and welcoming areas for everyone.
