Residential burglary, Shipton Under Wychwood

Between the 10th and 26th of June unknown offenders gained entry into the victim's home via the rear of the property.

· Double-lock front and back doors (if your lock allows) and ensure window locks are engaged, and remove keys.

·  Keep car keys and valuables out of sight and away from entry points (avoid leaving them near the front door or windows).

·  Consider installing a letterbox cage or restrictor to prevent fishing for keys.

·  Use timer switches on lights to make your home look occupied.
