Uninsured driver in Kennington

Good afternoon,

Its a lovely afternoon for a walk, and this motorist is now taking a walk of reflection of his mistake whilst soaking up those rays.  Found to have not insured his car, he now has points going on his licence and a fine to pay, as well as losing his car which has been seized.
