Attempted Theft

Kent Police is appealing for witnesses to a report of a person, attempting to steal a females handbag, at Biggin Street, Dover, at approx. 07:50am of 22nd June 2026. The female in question was unconscious on the floor, following an road traffic collision (RTC).
