Dear Resident A man has been arrested following a drugs warrant in Stevenage. Officers from the Stevenage Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) carried out the operation at a property in Barnwell on Tuesday (23 June) during which mobile phones and drug paraphernalia were seized. The man, aged in his 40s, was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in supplying controlled drugs. PC Courtney Kooistra, of the Stevenage NPT, said: “If you have concerns about drugs in your area please don’t hesitate to report it. “The more information we receive, the better our intelligence picture and this allows us to execute warrants like this.” You can report information online at herts.police.uk/report, speak to an operator in our Force Communications Room via our online web chat at herts.police.uk/contact or call the non-emergency number 101. Alternatively, you can stay 100% anonymous by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their untraceable online form at crimestoppers-uk.org. | ||
