Suspicious males on Dartmouth Road, Cannock

Officers from Cannock Police are urging local residents to remain vigilant after 2 suspicious males have been reported on Dartmouth Road, Cannock.

They approached a resident at a particular address initially on Sunday 21st June at approximately 19:00 and were asking the occupier about a relative of theirs who used to live there.

They re-attended the same address on Tuesday 23rd June at approximately 21:20 and were persistent on this occasion with speaking to the occupiers.  The males did not at any point try to enter the property, but their behaviour was unnerving to the occupants.

They were both described as IC1 males - one being quite tall and the other much shorter.  One had dark hair, the other was blonde and had thinning hair.  On the first day, they arrived on push bikes.  Both had local accents.

This is a reminder to all residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to Police.  In an emergency, always dial 999.
