Dear Resident,

Yesterday, your local PCSOs came across a vehicle parked adjacent to Ripponden Road in Denshaw. Upon speaking with the occupants, officers detected a strong smell of cannabis coming from the vehicle.

Local Neighbourhood Police Officers attended the scene and carried out a roadside drug test on the driver, which returned a positive result for cannabis.

The driver was subsequently arrested and taken into custody.
