🍻 One drink can be one too many |

The sunshine’s out, BBQs are sizzling, pub gardens are full… but if you’re driving, there’s only one safe choice.
🚗 Don’t drink and drive. Alcohol affects everyone differently. Even if you feel okay, your reactions, judgement and ability to drive safely may already be impaired.
Remember: 🍺 The morning after can be just as risky, alcohol can still be in your system long after the night before. 🚙 Drink driving doesn’t just put your life at risk—it puts your passengers, other road users, cyclists and pedestrians in danger too.
⚖️ If you’re caught drink driving, you could face:
More importantly, you could live with the consequences of seriously injuring or killing someone.

🚨 Think someone is drink or drug driving? If they’re driving now and pose an immediate danger, call 999. If you have information about someone who regularly drink or drug drives but there’s no immediate danger, report it to Staffordshire Police on 101 or online: www.staffordshire.police.uk Your information could prevent a serious collision.
A taxi home might cost you £20 (if your lucky) but a drink-driving conviction could cost you your licence, your job and someone’s life.
The only thing you should be steering after a few drinks… is the conversation about whose round it is. 🍻🚫🚗
