DIDCOT – STOLEN GOLF CLUBS

We are appealing for information following the theft of a set of golf clubs from a vehicle in Didcot.

Between 1100hrs and 1215hrs on Saturday 27th June 2026, a vehicle was parked in a local car park when a set of golf clubs, valued at approximately £400, were taken from the boot. There was no damage to the vehicle, and it is believed the boot may have been unintentionally opened, allowing access.

We have since been made aware of a Facebook post on the Didcot community page by an anonymous poster, showing what appeared to be new-looking golf clubs left at Franklin Gardens. Officers attended the location, but the clubs were no longer there.

We believe these incidents may be linked, and we are keen to establish what has happened to the clubs so we can return them to their rightful owner.
