Anti Social behaviour.

To all residents of Minsterley ,

It has come to our attention that we have 3 young males on dirt bikes speeding along roads , they were observed last night riding along side cars and then one overtaking a car to head into the lane leading to Snailbeach , no lights , no registration plates , they were wearing helmets but will be without insurance. Its a huge concern due to potentially not being seen and ending up in a serious accident. If you are a parent to one of these children then please stop this from happening right now otherwise it could be to late when the worst happens.
