Costa Coffee with a Cop

Good morning,

Local Blackburn Town Centre neighbourhood officers will be holding Coffee with a Cop at Costa Coffee at the Grimshaw Retail Park tomorrow (1st July) from 12-1pm. 

Please come down, have a brew and speak to us about any issues or concerns you have within the Town Centre or local area. We will be happy to assist with any burning questions or queries!
