Good afternoon, Please could I encourage you to take a few minutes to complete the attached survey. I am assisting with a project aimed at improving public safety within the ward and reducing violent crime. The more responses we receive, the better we can understand local concerns and gain a broad reflection of residents' views on safety in the area. There is currently no closing date for the survey; however, I would be grateful if you could complete it as soon as possible to ensure you do not miss the opportunity to have your say. Over the next week, I will also be visiting selected roads within the ward to encourage residents to take part in the survey and share their views.
